Excellent place to stay during college life! This is my second year living at The Varsity, and I’ve had a very positive experience overall. The location is extremely convenient — it’s close to both downtown and campus, which makes commuting to classes, restaurants, libraries, and social activities very easy.
The staff members are always friendly, professional, and responsive whenever help is needed. Maintenance requests are handled quickly, and the management team does a good job keeping the building clean and well organized.
The apartment itself is comfortable and student-friendly, with a great atmosphere for both studying and relaxing. I also appreciate the safety, convenience, and community environment here. Overall, The Varsity has been a great choice for my college years, and I would definitely recommend it to other students looking for a convenient and reliable place to live.

Overall, I love living here. The location is great and the amenities are good too. The only thing that can sometimes be frustrating is that the WiFi is slow, and may crash. I have heard this about other people's rooms as well so I know mine isn't the only issue. Other than that, very positive experience!

This place is really comfortable and has a great location! My only issue with the place is that the building is understaffed and so maintenance requests for things that are not urgent are kind of ignored. I had the same problem in the dorm though and this is so much better!!
