Landmark has been awesome, I live in a 5 bedroom and have no complaints. Anytime we need something the office staff is respectful and efficient. Anytime I need to get a package callie is always pleasant and smiling!! I love it here!

Best Decision I've Ever Made
If you're looking for a fantastic place to call home in Ann Arbor, you won't be disappointed with the Landmark apartments. The apartments themselves are modern, well-designed. The kitchens are spacious living areas are bright and open and the bedrooms are comfortable and cozy. There are often resident events and activities going on that make it easy to meet new people.
Plus, the location is fantastic - you're just a short walk away from all the great shops, restaurants, and attractions that Ann Arbor has to offer. Overall, I can't recommend Landmark apartments enough.

Great Experience!
I recently moved into landmark and the maintenance team has been wonderful if there are any issues as well as going above and beyond. The office staff is very friendly and always willing to help. They are taking any matters and concerns seriously and really doing what they need to in order to ensure we have a great living environment! Cant wait to live here in the fall also!

Great Location and Community!
I learned while searching for apartments this past year that the process is very overwhelming, and there are many options located in Ann Arbor. As soon as I stepped into Landmark for a tour, the employees were all very friendly. The staff member explained all of our potential options in terms of floor plan and layout, which our group found incredibly helpful. We were shown the building, as well as a sample room similar to the floor plan we were considering renting. Because of the atmosphere and incredible staff, we decided to rent at Landmark.
I'm glad I made the choice I did. Landmark is a wonderful place to live! From the lovely community to the plethora of amenities available (including a patio with a hot tub, a 24/7 gym, a theater, and study lounges), Landmark is a great choice. The rooms are furnished and include a TV in each bedroom. There is also a wide variety of floor plans offered, so you're sure to find something you love!
