The manager changed my move-in date without giving me notice, lying and obfuscating to avoid taking responsibility for the mistake. Shoreview is super close to U of M Hospital. Within walking distance. My apartment is newly renovated with brand new cabinets and appliances. I just love it here. They also have a swimming pool. The staff is great. Katie the new manager helped me so much when I moved in. I would definitely recommend this apartment complex!!

The apartments themselves are all right. It's an older place, so the appliances/fixtures are old too and don't function quite well. Maintenance is the one strong suit. They come pretty quickly to fix things and do a good job. The reason why I only gave two stars is because of the leasing office staff. They have been increasingly disorganized.
