Love Hoover & Greene

Hoover & Greene is a great place to live. Great apartments, location, amenities, and staff. The leasing team is extremely responsive which made the move in process seamless. We've had a couple minor maintenance requests and that team has been incredibly helpful as well. I highly recommend living here.

Great Place to Live!

I loved living at Hoover & Greene! The apartments have nice finishes and a ton of natural light (my plants thrived). The team is quick and responsive, and they take good care of the building. Conveniently located to get around town, over to campus, or to simply enjoy Game Days in your backyard. I’ll miss it!

I’ve lived in a bunch of different spots over the years and this was honestly by far the best living experience I’ve had to date. Staff is super helpful and the apartment itself was top notch.

Horrible apartments

Constant noise and vibration within your own unit from other people’s AC’s. You’re apartment may literally shake for hours on end from this.
