Hello! I'm looking for someone to take over my lease at Arbor Landing Apartments (leasing office: 545 Landings Blvd, Ann Arbor MI, 48103). I've lived here for 4+ years... and would gladly stay longer, but I'm defending my Ph.D. in December and relocating out-of-state for work.
Dates: January 2026 start (flexible) through August 2026; option to renew (subject to landlord offer) Rent: $1,622/month
Size: 886 sq. ft. Unit Amenities: Dishwasher, in-unit W/D, central A/C, private patio. Great soundproofing as well! Furnished: No, but I'm open to selling/leaving some of my furniture. Parking: Dedicated covered spot AND extra first-come first-serve surface parking in front of apartment.
Community amenities: Fitness center, outdoor pool, tennis/pickleball court, basketball court, children's playground, package lockers w/ 24 hour access. My unit is centrally located near all. Pets: Allowed (per community policies) Transportation: Next to Route 31 bus stop w/ service to Blake Transit Center downtown. Nearby: 5 min. drive to Westgate Mall and Kroger, 3 min. drive to I-94, 5 min. drive to M-14.
