I've lived in Sterling for almost a year now and have greatly enjoyed my experience thus far. The apartments are clean and stylish. The few amenities issues I've had are fixed within the day by staff. The wifi is fast and there is free printing upstairs which is helpful. The fitness center could be bigger, but that would be my only complaint. And maybe most importantly, the location is perfect. I'm a 10-12 min walk from all my classes. During the winter time this makes it much easier to wake up and go to class!

Best off-campus apartment for undergrad/grads!!!
I've lived in 411 Lofts for two years now and haven't ever regretted my decision. I toured almost all of the high-rise apartments in Ann Arbor and found that 411 had the best space/price ratio. The interior is sleek and spacious. The lobby has a security guard after hours which is really great. If you have a car, the heated garage is amazing in the winter and will save your car from the snow.
The location is by-far the best place—it's close to campus, far enough from some of the rowdier areas, and really close to Main Street/Kerrytown food and coffee spots. Especially if you're considering living in Ann Arbor over the summer, it's in a lively, safe and fun area.
411 Lofts is super friendly! Management honestly made it for me, they've been welcoming and supportive. Maintenance addresses any issues with amenities or in-unit problems within 24 hours. Wash/dry is free. The staff bakes cookies on Fridays for everyone and coordinates cute events throughout the school year. They hold onto packages (especially international ones that require signature) which is a huge plus too.
Definitely a great place to live, great community to be a part of!
