To hold the unit, it is a $500.00 deposit- this is to remove all advertisements, stop all showings, and accept no other applications. The $500 deposit will be deducted from the move-in cost shown below. If a deposit is given with an approved application, the deposit is non-refundable.
The move-in cost is the first months’ rent (pro-rated if applicable) plus security deposit plus lease activation fee minus holding deposit. The security deposit is 1 ½ months’ rent.
