121 College Place Unit 1 is a beautifully updated 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom unit on the main floor of a triplex, very close to EMU's campus. Many restaurants are within... walking distance. The great location also offers close proximity to U of M Hospital, downtown Ann Arbor, and plenty of parks.
The unit boasts impeccably maintained original hardwood floors and fresh paint. Updated light fixtures and blinds are found throughout. The first bedroom opens to the dining room with french doors, and includes 2 closets plus a ceiling fan. The kitchen is updated with granite countertops, full-size stainless steel appliances, and plenty of cabinet space. Two closets adorn the 2nd bedroom, which has easy access to the bathroom and private laundry room. The bathroom features a tub/shower combo and modern finishes.
Tenants are responsible for placing DTE electric directly in their name along with internet. Gas is charged to the tenant ledger at a flat-rate $60/month. Water/sewer is charged to the tenant ledger at a flat-rate $65 per tenant bi-monthly (every other month). Lawn care and snow removal are included in rent. A window AC unit is available for tenants, and landlord will help install when tenants want it. Free parking is available on-site.
Pets are allowed on a case by case basis; fees apply (one-time non-refundable pet fee of $100 plus $50/month for 1 pet or $75/month for 2+ pets). In multi-unit buildings, only dogs that are not prone to frequent barking are allowed.
No application fee. Non-refundable $125 lease processing fee per tenant, only charged if lease is signed. Non-refundable cleaning fee of $100 per bedroom (regardless of number of tenants). Security deposit is 1x the rent.
